The platform is a research and analysis tool only. It does not provide regulated financial advice, does not manage investments and does not execute transactions of any kind. Nothing produced by or through the Resquinalen platform constitutes a personal recommendation to buy, sell or hold any investment.

By using Resquinalen, you acknowledge that all investment decisions you make are your own responsibility. You should seek advice from a qualified financial adviser authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority if you require personalised financial guidance. The information and analysis produced by Resquinalen is provided for research support purposes and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any investment decision.

Use of the platform and acceptable conduct

Access to Resquinalen is granted for personal, non-commercial research use. You may not use the platform to provide financial advice to third parties, to reproduce or redistribute platform outputs for commercial purposes or to attempt to reverse-engineer, copy or interfere with the platform's underlying systems. Resquinalen reserves the right to suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly at hello@resquinalen.com if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account. Resquinalen will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

Intellectual property and governing law

The Resquinalen platform, including its design, content, software and brand, is the intellectual property of Resquinalen Ltd. All rights are reserved. The research outputs you generate through your use of the platform are yours to use for your own personal investment research purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit platform content without our prior written consent.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from your use of Resquinalen that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Resquinalen Ltd is registered in England and Wales. These terms were last updated in June 2025 and may be revised from time to time; continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the current version.
